Meet Melanie Gramling, MSN, ARNP
Melanie Gramling, MSN, ARNP, is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. With a background in nursing since 2012 and advanced training completed in 2020 at The University of Alabama, she brings both clinical experience and a thoughtful approach to psychiatric treatment.
Melanie specializes in the evaluation and treatment of conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma-related disorders, bipolar disorder, and insomnia. Her approach focuses on understanding each patient’s unique experiences, allowing time to develop accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans that support long-term stability and well-being.
She founded Iowa Psychiatric Care to provide accessible, high-quality mental health services for adults across Iowa through secure telehealth. Her practice emphasizes evidence-based care, flexibility, and a supportive, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care.
